About Eva Ho

Eva Ho is the founder of Focus Law, established in Auckland in 2005. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Eva has practised law in New Zealand for over 30 years, bringing extensive legal experience and practical insight to property, commercial and family law. She has also helped many migrants navigate the New Zealand immigration and residency process. In addition, Eva is licensed to practise New Zealand law in Taiwan (https://www.chenyinlaw.com.tw/https-www-chenyinlaw-com-tw-ho-wan-ying-foreign-lawyer).

Eva holds a law degree from the University of London and a Master of Arts degree from the University of York in England. She combines her legal expertise with a pragmatic, client-focused approach, helping clients minimise risks and achieve practical solutions in business, investments, personal relationships and disputes.

With offices in Queen Street and Newmarket, Auckland, Focus Law has served clients since 2005. Our multilingual team speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese, enabling us to provide accessible and personalised legal services to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, particularly investors and clients from Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Outside her legal practice, Eva is a keen badminton player.
